We follow the principles outlined in the RIBA guidance on fees, while offering a flexible and transparent approach. Fees typically range between 8%-15% of the overall construction cost, depending on the level of service you require and the nature of the project.

Every project we take on begins with a Pre-Design Study—a standalone piece of strategic work that helps clarify viability, budget, and direction before committing to a full architectural appointment. If you decide to proceed with us within 12 months, the Pre-Design fee is subtracted from your overall design fee, effectively making it a risk-free investment.
