    1. A one-bedroom cabin with 12sqm of internal floor space, a WC, outdoor decking and an outdoor shower. Designed by Markos Design Workshop and engineered by Price & Myers. CNC-cut, hand-finished, and it can be taken apart and moved in a matter of days.

  • Yes. The interior layout and finishes of both the Monocoque Cabin II and the Monocoque Sauna can be agreed before manufacture. For example, the cabin can be fitted out as a workspace instead of a bedroom. Any changes are priced and confirmed before production starts.

  • Yes. The Monocoque Cabin II comes with a 10-year warranty, and the warranty terms for the Monocoque Sauna are confirmed with your quote. Both are built so that repairs and maintenance are straightforward after the warranty ends.

  • It depends on the use and the site. A sauna in the garden of a house can often be built under householder permitted development (Class E), within limits on size, height and position. Tighter limits apply in conservation areas, and Class E does not apply in the grounds of a listed building. A cabin used for sleeping, as an annexe or as a holiday let will normally need planning permission, and Building Regulations may also apply. As RIBA Chartered Architects, we can check your site and prepare the application.
